Return Policy (FOR APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES ONLY)

We generally do not accept refunds for these types of products, however:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Note: Apparel must be received by us unworn, unwashed, with a tag and in good condition.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report on the “Contact Us” page.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges. Orders are made to order so be sure to review the corresponding size chart under the product description. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you so choose.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Atlantic Counter Trafficking Foundation, Inc. reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

Receiving Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be partially refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping 
Please note: If you purchased apparel and/or accessories you must return your items to the address listed on your original package label. If this is the case, please refer back to section 1) of the return policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
